Orders & payments: By placing an order on our website, you are legally agreeing to complete your order and make a successful payment. If you do not successfully complete your payment within 12 hours after your order is placed, or if your payment is declined, your order will be cancelled immediately(with or without notice) and you may be blocked from making a purchase on our website again.
Returns: If you need to make a return, all customers MUST send us an email to returns@belloiris.com so we can provide you with your return information. You can also view our return policy located at the top of our website. Failure to comply with these terms, a refund will not be issued. If you send your order back to the return address on the original mailing label, you will NOT receive a refund for your order and your order will not be shipped back to you. We have a seperate shipping facility and a return office which helps us to control the quality of items being sent to you.
Shipping: We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once the order leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control. Most orders ship within 1 business day, as long as your order is placed before 2:00pm EST. If there is a delay in your order it may or may not be limited to the following problems: You provided us with incorrect payment information and/or shipping information, your order was cancelled, we are waiting for additional payment information from you.
Fraud: We take fraudeleunt orders very seriously. If you place a fraud order on our website, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law possible. IP addresses are logged for every order placed on our website. This means we can see where you are located and what service you are using. If a fraudeleunt order is placed on our website, we will contact the local authorities, the FBI, internet police, your service provider and other authorities to prosecute you, therefore the information you provided will not be protected. If you are looking to place a fraud order, we highly recommend you do it elsewhere or you will be prosecuted. We take security measures to protect all of our customers.
Address Verification: All orders placed on our website are manually run through an address verification with your bank and/or credit card merchant. This means we will physically call the company and verify that the information you provided to us is the correct information. If the information you provide is incorrect, your order will be cancelled and you will be immediately suspended and blocked from using our website.
