First off, I own 4 Bello Iris bags and ALL of them are very high quality and everyone swears I'm toting around real leather. This bag fits pretty comfortably on the shoulder if you are skinny. Using the metal chain as the shoulder strap would probably have to work for those with bigger arms. The inside was an unexpected cool satin-like stripe pattern, very modern. It's big enough to fit my stainless steel water bottle, huge wallet, iPhone, and other stuff. Only downside: I own this same bag in burgundy and I thought both would be identical in how they're made, just different colors. Not really. The metal chain on the burgundy one (and in the more expensive $50 Black Stam and others)is more of the bright, shiny gold, with lots of luster. The chain on this bag is more of a dull gold...looks cheaper :-/ (The beige Stam has this same dull gold chain if you compare it to others too). However, I don't know if I'd spend an extra 20$ just for this reason but I was a little let down about that because I'm picky about that stuff. I wonder if I can just exchange the chain, since it's removable. If you don't mind that, then this bag is perfect for you!
