RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for our excellent quality and value. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We offer a money back GUARANTEE. If you aren't satisfied with your order, return your order using the form below.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

Please return your purchase within 30 days from the arrival date. Returns sent after 30 days will be issued a merchandise credit good toward your next purchase.


IMPORTANT!! Please do not mail your return via certified mail or with signature confirmation. Our warehouse hours are different than postal delivery hours and therefore no one will available to sign for the package and we will not pick the package up from the postal office. If your package is returned for this reason, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Delivery confirmation for tracking purposes is accepted and preferred so you can ensure we received the package.


 ALL returns must be

  • New, unused and in the original condition
  • Free of perfume and smoke orders
  • Tags and plastic wrappings still intact. (If plastic or wrappings are missing, there will be a 10% restocking fee). 
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box they came in
  • Swimwear- hygienic strip must be attached. If returned without strip, you will not receive a refund & item will not be returned to you.
  • If an item is damaged or breaks within 14 days after your items arrival, we will gladly exchange the item or give you a credit on your account.

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.
  • Take 2-5 business days to show up as a credit on your account


REFUND PRICE

You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item being returned with the exceptions below. Shipping is non-refundable either way.

Return fees:

  • 15% restocking fee for returns over $75
  • If free gift is not returned, retail price will be deducted from the return total
  • Shipping cost that we paid will be deducted from refund total if you received free shipping

 

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us via the online form within 7 days so we can fix the issue. Please do not mail the item back without contacting us first.
